My Own Version of Zuppa Toscano

I made a recipe today that my wife said was good enough to compare to Olive Garden.

Ingredients

16 ounces of Venison and Pork Link Sausage cut into pieces (can be found at Walmart)
1 Medium Sized Can of Collard Greens
1 Medium Sized Can of Chicken Broth
5 potatoes peeled and diced
1 stalk of celery cut into pieces
Louisiana Fish Fry Products Cajun Seasoning to taste
2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper
2 teaspoons of black pepper
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
Enough water to cover the potatoes

Mix the ingredients and cook for around 50 minutes. In my case, I actually boiled all of the water out and was on the border of scorching the soup when I remembered it and quickly poured a glass of water into the mixture. It turned out great any way, but I will monitor the recipe closer the next time.
